Hotel room block
We've arranged for special discounted nightly rates at the JW Marriott for 3 days from July 9th to July 11th, 2026 - and you're welcome to extend your stay beyond those dates if you'd like!
The final discount will depend on how many rooms are booked, so to help us secure the best possible rate for everyone, please tell us your interest in reserving a room when you RSVP. This isn’t a commitment to book - just a way for us to gauge interest and plan accordingly.
Once the room block is confirmed, we’ll share all the booking details with you and update the website with the latest details.
Hotels near our venue
In addition to the JW Marriott, there are several other hotels nearby that are convenient and comfortable options for your stay. All are just a short drive from the venue, and we’ve listed them here to make planning your trip a little easier:
Other good hotels in Cairo
If you’re planning to explore more of Cairo during your stay, there are many wonderful hotels throughout the city that are well worth considering. Below are a few nice options located in other popular areas of Cairo.

Getting around Cairo
Cairo is a big, lively city - and getting around is all part of the experience! Here are a few tips to help make transportation easier during your stay:
Ride apps, specifically Uber and Careem, are widely used and are the most convenient way to get around the city.
Taxis are available (especially in busier areas), but for ease and clarity, we recommend sticking with ride apps whenever possible.
Driving in Egypt can be a bit of an adventure - it’s best left to the locals! Although, you can rent a car in the airport when you arrive.
If you're planning day trips or longer experiences, many hotels or tour companies can help arrange a private driver or guided transport.
